12/29/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the Winter program, the client appeared to be in an excited state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with displays of excitement. During morning socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions the first time given by playing around with her peers during a restroom break. During midday socialization activities, the client utilized respectful words and kept her hands/feet to herself when interacting with her peers outside on the playground. During afternoon socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions the first time given by sneaking food from lunch on the van ride home. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the Winter program setting. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions the first time given. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged her to continue utilizing respectful words and keeping her hands/feet to herself when interacting with her peers. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions the first time given. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement. During morning socialization activities, the client was unreceptive to redirection by not accepting her consequences and becoming upset. She was then able to calm down and agreed to follow directions the first time given and to not play around with her peers during a restroom break. During midday socialization activities, the client agreed to continue utilizing respectful words and keeping her hands/feet to herself when interacting with her peers outside on the playground. During afternoon socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions the first time given and to not take food from lunch out of the building.
